As a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist with over 27 years of real estate experience, I understand the unique concerns that elders face when they start thinking about making a housing move.
Since I returned to Oregon in 2005 after working as a real estate agent for ten years in Marin County, California, I have worked with a wide range of clients. Familiar with the fast pace of California and Oregon real estate, increasing property appreciation and multiple-offer situations along with teaching classes educating first-time home buyers and first-time home sellers, I have a unique background from which to work for you. Whether it's representing the City of Albany, the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs, Linn Benton Community College, first-time home buyers and sellers, seniors and their families, every transaction has its own timeframe, because every client has their own set of needs and I believe it's important to make that distinction for every transaction.
I am an exotic bird rescuer, currently have a flock of 20, and have been a volunteer with several organizations since I moved back to Albany in 2005; Linn County Sheriff's Office, Albany Downtown Association, Safehaven Humane Society and the Greater Albany Rotary Club.
