Karena is a 3 rd generation Realtor raised on a farm in the Midwest. Prior to real estate she trained and developed sales teams throughout the US. Karena helped her mother downsize after she had lived in the same home for 44 years and she knew there had to be other families struggling with the same dilemma, so she specialized in helping seniors and their families navigate the choices when they're considering downsizing. She is certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist as well as a Certified Senior Housing Professional. She is passionate abut decreasing stress in the moving process and she loves creating simple ways to get difficult things done.
