Catharine Pappas is the mastermind leader of Dickens Mitchener's award-winning relocation department. As a native Charlottean, Pappas brings a wealth of intimate knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and attention to her job of transitioning families to and from the Queen City. Pappas has more than 25 years of relocation experience and also holds many impressive relocation designations. She holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Destination Specialist (GDS), and Relocation Certified Coordinator (RCC) designations. She also assisted Dickens Mitchener in solidifying some strategic memberships with the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), the Leading Real Estate Companies of the Worldâ"¢, the Charlotte Chamber Economic Development Council, and the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council. She also has been honored with The President's Service Award, Relo Direct Platinum Service Excellence Award in 2016 and 2018, and inducted into the Relocation Hall of Fame in 2018. Currently, Pappas is serving as Chairman of the Advisory Council for 2019 and on the Board of the Relocation Director's Council.
