As Director of Relocation, Debbie Tapper leads company-generated business including Relocation, Broker to Broker referrals and BHHS Chicago's holding company, Referral Network of Illinois. An integral part of the company for over twenty years, Tapper has played an active role in its transformation to the company it is today. She uses her exceptional relationship and communication skills to identify opportunities that will generate business for BHHS Chicago and its agents. Most recently, Tapper was co-director of the People and Culture Department where she raised the levels of personalized service to brokers and brought mindfulness to routine real estate practices. She put processes in place to ensure agents enjoy a great experience whether that meant setting the tone for a new agent's first day with a personalized letter board greeting or ensuring that all of their apps worked day one. She was also instrumental in creating the BHHS Chicago swag boutique, an online shop that offers an array of BHHS Chicago branded items from clothing to Yeti mugs. Tapper has truly elevated the agent experience to an art form. Additionally, as Director of Administration, Tapper understands the BHHS Chicago organization and its programs and processes inside and out. She streamlined administrative functions for all of the 24 BHHS Chicago offices to attain maximum efficiency. Tapper is a life-long resident of Deerfield where she lives with her husband. Family is always #1, and fortunately Tapper and her husband's two daughters live in the Chicagoland area. Tapper enjoys gardening, cooking and reading cookbooks. The latest addition to the Tapper family is a little Dachshund named Hazel.
