I am a full-time Seniors Real Estate & Life Transition Specialist. My passion for serving our older adults comes from my personal experience of providing long distance caregiving to my father who suffered from dementia and lived in Hawaii. During our 13 year journey together, I ended up having to make medical and financial decisions for him, sell our family home of 42 years and figure out how to make his money stretch to provide him with good quality care. I decided to take the knowledge I learned and help educate others going through the same. My belief is more to selling the family home than sticking a For Sale sign in the front yard. It's not a Real Estate transaction but a major life transition.
